 This privacy policy for IntelAgent ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use and/or share your information when you use our services (“Services”).

 

1. USER DATA

 

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to us (via our contact form, free trial form, subscription forms, email, or phone) for creating, assigning, managing and upgrading your license for the Services. This data may contain your name, company name, email address, phone number and other contact information. This information is also used to create your account on the hosting platform provided by Ninox Software GmbH (“Ninox”).

 

Payment data, if provided to us directly, will also be maintained for the sole purpose of subscriptions to our Services. As of now, we use payment links from GoDaddy Payments to collect subscription fees. We only receive the payment funds through GoDaddy; we do not receive any payment details.

 

Your data you enter and process in the Services will be maintained by Ninox. We do NOT have access to your account or application data in the Services hosted by Ninox.

 

All the data we collect is stored in a CRM/Licensing database in our company account at Ninox.

Our external suppliers are all GDPR compliant:
